Blocked Target List for AKARI Phase 3 Open Time Users
The lists contains Priority A and B targets/observations
of the MP (Mission Program).
Open Time programs are required to avoid conflict with these lists.

- The list contains the following information.
- R.A., Dec. (J2000)
- J2000 coordinates of the target/observation
- Program name
- Abbreviations of the MP program. Refer to "MP Abstracts."
- Priority
- always AB for Phase 3 list
- Observation ID
- ID Number of Each Observation
- AOT and AOT parameter
- Astronomical Observation Template (AOT) and the parameters.

- No. of Pointings
- The Number of pointings requested (not allocated) for the observation
- Object Name
- Specfied by the observer
