Minor update on IRC Pointed Observation Images (Phase 3)

We have released a minor update (Ver. 1.0.1) for the IRC Pointed Observation Images (Phase 3). This update changes the FITS header elements 'WCSROOT' and 'WCSROOTO' of 37 image files in 34 data packages. Image data and WCS values themselves are NOT changed.

Eye checking of the WCS information was incomplete for these data in the Ver. 1.0 release due to technical reasons. Additional efforts made it enable to assess the data. This update involves the modifications of README in the updated data packages and the summary list of the all processing data.
