AKARI Visibility Tool (Apr. 2005 version)

MP teams for Phase 2b planning are suggested to use dedicated version (You may be asked password).

Notes:

• This is the AKARI Visibility check tool April 2006 version.
• This version is prepared for revision of Mission Programme for new mission periods.
• The orbit calculation is still pre-flight simplified version. The result, especially the interference with the SAA and Moon may be different from that in the real scheduling. Please use this tool at your own risk.
• The visibility given by this tool is calculated under the following assumptions.
  1. The current tool covers the period from 2006 April 1 -- 2007 June 30.
  2. The instrument is of 10 arcmin width and at the boresite.
  3. Nominal scan path along the great circle (no offset in cross-scan direction can apply).
