Instruction of the Proceedings to Authors

  1. The proceedings of this symposium is to be published by the Astronomical Society of the Pacific as one of the ASP Conference Series. Editors are H. Okuda, T. Matsumoto, T. Roellig.
  2. Please make your manuscript using the ASP TeX macros. The macros can be obtained as follows:
    % ftp koala.astro.isas.jaxa.jp
    ftp> [log in as anonymous]
    ftp> [use your email address as the passwod]
    ftp> cd pub/asptex
    ftp> mget *
    ftp> [exit]
  3. Prepare your paper following the instructions in the following files:
    readme General instructions
    readme.irts Instructions specific for this symposium
    paspman.tex The user input guide for the package
    The following files are also useful to prepare your manuscript.
    psample1.tex Minimal sample paper.
    psample2.tex Sample paper with "typical" content and markup.
  4. Page limitations are 8 pages for invited papers and 4 pages for contributed papers.
  5. Mail one copy of your camera-ready manuscript (including illustrations) to the following address:

  6. Manuscripts must be received no later than December 15, 1996. Please keep in mind that this is the strict deadline.
