'irt' usage

'irt' is a program to calculate molecular absorption / emission features in the infrared wavelength, assuming plane-parallel and LTE situation.

Avarable molecular species are listed in MOL.LIST.txt and HIT.LIST.txt.

Note: since the program is changed / improved frequently, it is not exportable for general, sorry.
