Updated to Beta 2.1.

1: Positional offset with the CDS mode data were fixed.  The number of affected
tiles are 114 and are listed below.

2: N60 and WIDE-S calibrations on very bright (>1 GJy/sr) regions were
reconsidered and improved.  The figure is a comparison of intensities between
FIS observed data and expected value from IRIS.

Beta 2.0 data were about 20% fainter than IRIS at brightest end.

Although these changes were applied on corresponding image tiles, the destriping
process over the whole sky changed other regions a bit.
