   Correction for the AOT FIS02 and IRC11 position parameter
   ---------------------------------------------------------

In page 57 of the Observer's Manual (ver. 3.2) it is explained that;

      "Target position: The satellite is operated such that the target
      position is located at the beginning of the scan strip."

In page 98, we find a sentence saying;

      "As for FIS02, the (target) position is regarded as the beginning
      of the scan. "

These statements are not correct any more and have to be replaced
by the following:

      "Target position of FIS02 and IRC11 is regarded as the center of
      the scan area".

Please make sure that your target list follows correct definition.
