The workshop was successfuly held with more than one hundrend participants on April 17 and 18, 2000, at the Institute of Space and Astronautical Science (ISAS), Japan.

The proceedings of the workshop will be published by ISAS as one of 'ISAS Report Special Edition' series (SP No.14). We prepare a LaTeX macro for the authors to prepare their manuscripts. Please check the following site for details to prepare manuscripts.
