Organizer: M. Harwit
Presenter: T. Matsumoto, M. Kessler, J. Mather, and T. de Graauw

Notes for speakers

Each talk consists of 20 min. (or 15 min.) of presentation and 5 min. of discussion.

We prepare an overhead projector and a video projector. If you need other special equipment, please contact LOC as soon as possible.

We request all speakers to prepare their viewgraphs with large characters, since the screen is not so large. We recommend no more than 7 lines in one viewgraph.

Poster Papers

Please check here for the latest list of poster papers.

Maximum size of one poster is 90cm (width) X 130cm. The entrance lobby near the conference room is allocated for the poster presentation, and all posters are to be displayed during the whole period of the workshop. A special session for the poster papers is scheduled at 15:10-16:10 on April 17. We expect that each author will stand by his/her poster for the explanation during this session.

Proceedings

Proceedings of the workshop will be published as a special issue of the "ISAS Report". We prepare a LaTeX macro for the authors to prepare their manuscripts. Please check here for the details to prepare manuscripts. The dead line for the submission of the manuscript is June 30, 2000.
