After review by the ISO Observing Time Allocation Committee - OTAC - each observation in a proposal will receive a recommended scientific grade (cf. SUPPLEMENTAL CALL FOR OBSERVING PROPOSALS - POLICIES AND PROCEDURES). For those observations which received a grade above a threshold, full details are needed and have to be entered in the software tool Proposal Generation Aids. At that stage, the full set of parameters to specify an observation is required.
