One-step sparring is a form of controlled sparring. Starting from junbi stance the attacker steps forward making a front punch. The defender blocks and counters. The same attack and defence is then repeated with the opposite hand so that both right side and left side are practiced. In One-step sparring any counter technique is allowed and unlike competition Tae Kwon Do any part of the body may be a target. Here we show some example one-step sparring techniques.
